Join Us in Making a Difference for Older Adults
Introduction
Third-party fundraising events are a fantastic way to support Fellowship Square Foundation’s mission of providing affordable housing and services to older adults. We welcome individuals, organizations, and businesses to host fundraising events on our behalf.
Guidelines for Hosting a Fundraiser
1. Event Planning
Clearly define the purpose of your event and ensure it aligns with Fellowship Square’s mission. Consider the type of event, target audience, and fundraising goals.
2. Approval Process
Submit an application for approval at least 30 days before your event. This allows us to review your proposal and provide any necessary support or guidance.
3. Branding & Promotion
Use our logo and branding materials appropriately.
All promotional materials must be approved by our team to ensure consistency with our brand image.
4. Financial Responsibility
The organizer is responsible for all costs associated with the event.
Funds must be collected and submitted to Fellowship Square within 30 days post-event.
5. Legal Compliance
Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, including obtaining necessary permits or licenses.
6. Communication
Keep open lines of communication with our fundraising team for support and updates.
