 Lake Ridge Fellowship House is a government assisted apartment complex designed for individuals with limited income who are over 62 or who are handicapped or disabled. Lake Ridge opened in 1983 and has 100 one-bedroom apartments, a social hall and other common areas.

A Service Coordinator provided by a HUD based grant help residents work with county and state programs as well works with residents to solve personal issues.

Management is by Fellowship Square Foundation, Inc.-owner and operator of Lake Ridge Fellowship House, is a not-for-profit corporation whose principal activity is the operation of five Fellowship Houses in metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.
