Lake Anne is a government assisted apartment complex designed for individuals with limited income who are over 62 or who are handicapped or disabled. Lake Anne was constructed in two sections. Lake Anne 1 with 140 apartments opened in 1970. Lake Anne 11 opened in 1976, adding 100 units, and a common social hall.

Management by Fellowship Square Foundation Inc. owner and operator of Lake Anne Fellowship House is a Not-For-Profit Corporation whose principal activity is the operation of five Fellowship Houses in Metropolitan Washington, D.C. area.

 A Service Coordinator provided by a HUD based grant help residents work with county and state programs as well as works with residents to solve personal issues

Application- Request rental applications in person, by telephone, or by mail. The rental office is accessible to the handicapped and is located at Lake Anne Fellowship House.

When available for rent, Fellowship House apartments are marketed in accordance with the individual project Tenant Selection and Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plans.
